Frequently Asked Questions:
What is CBD?
A common non-intoxicating compound produced by cannabis, with a wide range of medical applications.
(CBD) is a naturally occurring compound found in the resinous flower of cannabis, a plant with a rich history as a medicine going back thousands of years. Today the therapeutic properties of CBD are being tested and confirmed by scientists and doctors around the world. A safe, non-addictive substance, CBD is one of more than a hundred “phytocannabinoids,” which are unique to cannabis and endow the plant with its robust therapeutic profile.
CBD is closely related to another important medicinally active phytocannabinoid: tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), the compound that causes the high that cannabis is famous for. These are the two components of cannabis that have been most studied by scientists.
Both CBD and THC have significant therapeutic attributes. But unlike THC, CBD does not make a person feel “stoned” or intoxicated. That’s because CBD and THC act in different ways on different receptors in the brain and body. CBD can actually lessen or neutralize the psychoactive effects of THC, depending on how much of each compound is consumed. Many people want the health benefits of cannabis without the high – or with less of a high. The fact that CBD is therapeutically potent as well as non-intoxicating, and easy to take as a CBD oil, makes it an appealing treatment option for those who are cautious about trying cannabis for the first time.
Will I fail a drug test if I use these CBD products?
For legal reasons we cannot make any comments on the potential for passing or failing a drug test after consuming our CBD products.
What we can say, is that we source our CBD in Isolate from an organic Hemp farm in Oregon. CBD Isolate contains 0% THC content.
Any Products Labeled as "Full-Spectrum" DO contain trace amounts of THC and we do not recommend using them if you must pass a drug test.
Will CBD get me high?
No.
CBD is the non-psychoactive compound found in cannabis plants (Ours comes from Hemp)Furthermore, the CBD Isolate product we use to infuse our products is a refined ingredient with ZERO THC content.
All products labeled as "Full Spectrum" will contain legal trace amounts of THC but will not get you "high" like marijuana.
Why do products take 3-5 business days to ship sometimes?

We put our everything into making quality products fresh so every customer gets the best product we can make!
Do I need to do anything to keep my products fresh?
Absolutely!
We use all-natural ingredients with no chemicals or preservatives.

Keep solid topicals under 75° to prevent melting.
How do I know what dose to start with?
Start Low! CBD is effective for the majority of our users in minimal doses.
For Bath Products: 50mg is a great dose to start with. This will soothe your skin and also help relax your body. **Our most popular dose is 100mg.
For Topical Products: 100mg is perfect for skincare and mild relief for sore joints. We recommend 300mg - 500mg for stronger relief from aches and pains or serious skin conditions.
Our Muscle & Relief Sticks are dosed specifically for serious or chronic pain. We offer two strengths that target real, everyday pain that won't go away. We find our 2000mg sticks and 700mg Mini Sticks are the most effective for serious pain. Our CRYO CBD Roller is also in this category and we recommend the 2000mg sticks.
For Oil or Supplement Products: Most of our customers find that 5-10mg at a time is the perfect dose to start with. Once you understand how CBD effects you, feel free to up your dose as needed.
Full Spectrum Options will always offer greater relief but do contain a small amount of THC, less than .3%.
How long should I soak in CBD bath products?
In order to absorb as much CBD as possible we recommend soaking in the bath for at least 20 minutes.
My bath bomb didn't fizz, what happened?
One unfortunate aspect of making all-natural products is that they are sensitive to temperature and that is what causes bath bombs to lose their "fizz".
For customers in the southern states and also during the summer this can happen on rare occasion.
If this happens, your bath bombs still contains perfectly usable CBD so DON'T THROW IT OUT! Use as you normally would and just let us know, we're happy to offer a discount on your next order.
My product melted in the mail, can I still use it?
Absolutely!
During the summertime, or if you live in the Southern US, you may have a product melt in the mail if it sits in the sun too long.
Solid balm topicals will re-solidify when placed in the fridge for an hour. They will return to their normal state and be perfectly usable.
Please Note: All natural oils will separate when melting occurs, that has no effect on the products effectiveness.
My bath bomb arrived broken, what should I do?
Use it!
The salts and CBD are still perfectly good and will make a phenomenal bath.
Bath bombs are wrapped with as much care and bubble wrap as is possible but there is the unreliable variable that is the mail delivery system. Unfortunately, some mail carriers like to beat up packages and there is not much we can do about that.
This is extremely rare, but does happen once in a while.
